I was thrilled!!!Then I was a bit disappointed the first time when I rushed home and discovered she meant that I should use this percussion massager on her sciatic trigger area, but I’ll take what I can get. She did say that it helped her pain considerably though.So glad I read through reviews on others and went with this one. Works well. Holds a charge well and has lots of attachments for specific uses. Most used for me is definitely the deep tissue and flat one as it's easier to manipulate than the round attachment.The different heads is helping me use what I need for recoveryFirst go, but seems really good. Was recommended by my chiropractor, so hopeful it lasts.This massager has given me almost as much relief as a massage therapist! It is well made, delivers strong adjustable percussion, and has a long battery life. I only wish it would include a heat setting.My only negative comment is that it is rather heavy—but I have arthritis in my hands, so can’t totally fault the device for its being cumbersome. So I absolutely recommend this product!It’s very quiet. So far working well with groin pain. Also too many pointy heads a swapping out for a smaller ball head option (total 2) would be another suggestion. My favourite head is the smaller flat one with the bumps. Since I registered my device within 30 days of my purchase I assumed I was fine with there touted "Lifetime warranty".The customer service decided to tell me since I didn't purchase the device directly from there website that they will not provide service to the device. Even though I registered my device in there warranty service successfully with my model number, etc upon purchase.So I learned they are doing some sneaky business with the selling and warranty of the device. To bait you into thinking you are covered with warranty but it turns out your not.BE CARFEFUL WHEN PURCHASING FROM THIS AMAZON PAGE. You are better off to purchase directly from the website because you WILL need it serviced.The device: I am almost certain that the device has several poorly engineered parts to lead to planned obsolescence. After 4 months the power button crapped out. Since they wouldn't repair the device I resorted to opening the device and replacing the switch myself. The switch design is so absurd I'm certain it was engineered to break. Once I fixed that It eventually would turn off if used at a certain angle. The devices stopping power also significantly reduced from the 75 LBS it was maintaining for the first 4 months. I need to be careful when pressing to not shut down the device.Pros:Great battery Life.If you're looking for some overpriced lithium-ion cells this is your bet. Fonctionnait bien jusque là.. qualité de batterie très mauvaise.I have Restless / Tight legs…it didn’t matter how many times I tried stretching… nothing seemed to work… after using the sonic pro just once I noticed immidiate results… the next morning I could walk without all the tightness and pain! I also use it on the bottoms of my feet with great results!One thing to note is the STALL FORCE… you can push hard into hips / butt without the motor stalling out like other muscle massagers I have tried using.Only thing I could say negative would be the noise / rattle of the housing… it’s not insanely loud… can easily watch tv with it on… other then that I love this machine!I have been having issues with my shoulders for a couple of years from working a desk job for so long. My son has a Sonic and loves it. He introduced me to it and I was hooked. I had to get one for my house.
