Everything come packed really nice but the glue gun doesn't work !! It's not heating up enough so the glue is not melting, I tried to leave it plugged in with the usb and it's not working I tried to make it work after charging it for a few hours and it still didn't get hot enough , once it did get hot the glue was very hard and not hot enough to act like a glue .I squeeze the gun handle many times and the glue just won't come out because it's not warm enough and it's not melted enough to act like hot glue .My overall experience is don't waste your money on it , sorry .*********************************************************************************************** so after submitting my review I got contacted by the company and they asked to send me a new one to review it , and I am pleased to say that the new gun (green color) I got is working great !!!Heat up nicely , the glue flows out of the gun perfectly and it is very easy to work with .So do you want to trust your luck ? You can either have a bad one and hopefully get send a new one that works or you can have a good one from the beginning and be happy with it .... Never know .Perfect for me being able to move from wreath to wreath to add embelishments.Loved it and heated up quicklyLike. Have not used it yet, but will work for me for on the go .and crafts in the park.work perfectlyI love how easy and convenient this gun is!! Its rechargeable so you dont have to worry about a cord getting tangled! It heats up fast, comes with plastic tips for your fingers so you dont get burned with glue. And comes with a whole bag of glue sticks thats longer than normal so you dont have to refill as much.I really liked this glue gun mostly because it was so easy to stand up. I also liked that it was rechargeable and cordless. Two months have passed and the glue gun charges and lasts maybe a minute. So it was good while it lasted.I love this glue gun is agile and mobile. No longer am I limited to the length of the cord. Red to charge, green charged and blue is on ready to use
